Rooftop Restaurant & Bar: The 11th floor of the hotel accommodates a restaurant and bar that offers a fine dining and drinking experience alongside a glorious view of Kyiv’s city skyline. It is open every day from 7:00 till 23:00 to treat guests to sumptuous breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Our cuisine blends the finest national recipes, European sophistication, and our creative vision. The menu also features design cocktails and a world-class cocktails, and DJ-sets or live music, adding more positive vibes to the space every Friday and Saturday night.

Room Service: For those who prefer the privacy of dining in their room, we offer a room service menu with delivery.

Lobby Bar: Nestled on the mezzanine floor, a cozy, snug bar is a perfect place for having a nice chat with your friends and colleagues over a cup of coffee or a cocktail. For guests` convenience, there is a self-catering corner in the lobby bar, where you can make some coffee.

Breakfast: Begin a relaxing day with our Breakfast Buffet. Served in the casual ambiance, our breakfast buffet offers the friendly service and made-from-scratch food prepared of highest quality Ukrainian ingredients. Breakfast is served at the Hotel’s restaurant from 7:00 till 11:00 on weekdays and from 7:00 till 12:00 on weekends.

Making Coffee and Tea in Room: Coffee and tea making sets are available on request. Should you require any assistance, please call our Front Desk at 11.

Dress Code: The lobby bar and the panoramic restaurant reserve the right to refuse serving people who are dressed inappropriately. It is not recommended to come to the restaurant in pajamas or any other sleeping clothes.

Both the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant can be easily transformed into a venue to host any kind of event. We can help you arrange business meetings, negotiations, private parties, receptions, presentations, workshops, seminars and banquets.

FIZIKA Fitness Space is Kyiv`s high-end fitness center, situated just a 5-minute walk from 11 Mirrors in the entertainment complex AVALON. Here you may find following services: gym, SPA Zone, and a Beauty Salon. Special rates are available for you.

We provide daily room cleaning between 8:00 and 17:00. If you want your room to be cleaned at a convenient time for you, please contact the Front Desk by dialing 11. You are welcome to ask for extra soap, shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste, shaving kit, towels, blankets, pillows, etc.

For your convenience, the Hotel offers laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning services 7 days a week. Please ask a Front Desk to coordinate you on the exact timing of your request. You will find the order form and laundry bag in the wardrobe of your room.

If you need assistance in setting up an Internet connection or face any other problem when using the Hotel’s equipment, please contact our Front Desk by dealing 11.

According to the current Ukrainian law and hotel policy smoking is prohibited in all the guestrooms and other hotel’s areas. In case of violation of previously mentioned rules, the hotel administration reserves the right to apply penalty in the amount of 5000 UAH.
